Regulation of Interception of Communications and Provision of Communication-related Information Act, 2002 (RICA), is a South African law that regulates the interception of communications and associated processes such as applications for and authorisation of interception of communications.

To RICA your Telkom Sim Card:

✶ You will need your green barcoded ID or ID card or Passport and proof of residence not older than 3 months.

Port to Telkom:

✶ Visit a Telkom Shop, RICA your new Telkom SIM (Your Port will take upto 24 hours to be active.

Sim Swap.

✶ Bring along your Green Barcoded ID or ID Card or Passport.
✶ Purchase a Telkom SIM Card at any Telkom Shop
